Hi there! 👋 I’m Alan Donovan, an embedded software developer with a passion for creating efficient and reliable solutions in the world of embedded systems. I also have a growing interest in cybersecurity, particularly in penetration testing, where I’m learning to explore and fortify digital landscapes.

By day, I design and maintain fuel management systems and other embedded solutions that solve real-world problems. By night, I’m diving into the world of ethical hacking, studying how to keep systems secure while learning to think like an attacker.

With a Bachelor’s in Information Technology and a background in IT support and software development, I’ve built strong foundations in programming, troubleshooting, and team collaboration. Recently, I’ve been expanding my skills in cybersecurity, pursuing certifications, and working towards a Graduate Certificate in Cybersecurity.
